Changes in the procedure for declaring customs value will take effect on April 1.
On April 1, 2026, amendments to the rules for filling out the customs value declaration, approved back in 2025, will come into force. The document clarifies the rules for including additional charges, in particular, insurance costs, in the customs value of imported goods.

The mandatory use of navigation seals for tracking shipments in the EAEU will begin on February 11.
At the first stage, starting from February 11, 2026, navigation seals will be used for the transportation of sanctioned goods, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, as well as certain categories of high-value and demand consumer goods (clothing, shoes, electronics), which are most often transported by road.
