"The procedure will allow the creation of a clear algorithm of actions for customs authorities and businesses when checking documents and information in cases where such a simplification for businesses as release before filing a declaration on goods is applied, that is, the declaration is actually filed after the release of goods," noted the Minister for Customs Cooperation of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Ruslan Davydov.
According to him, this decision will ensure uniform customs regulation and increase predictability and certainty in the application of a simplified procedure for declaring goods.
Release before filing a goods declaration is a simplified procedure for the release and declaration of goods, when the release is carried out on the basis of a simplified customs document, and the declaration is filed later (before the 10th or 15th of the following month).
